Is there an Apple Reminders app for Android?
No. There is no Apple Reminders app on Google Play and there never has been. Apple publishes only a handful of Android apps and Reminders is not among them. The one workaround is opening iCloud.com in a mobile browser, which works but is not an app.

The iCloud.com workaround on a phone
Apple names one supported route to your reminders from a non-Apple device: a web browser at iCloud.com. That works on Android. Sign in, and you get your lists and your reminders in a mobile browser tab. You can add a shortcut to your home screen so it opens without typing a URL.
It is worth being blunt about what that is and is not. It needs a connection every time. It does not appear in the Android share sheet, so nothing else on the phone can send a task to it. There is no widget, no notification, and no voice capture. It is a way to read and tick things off, not a way to live in the app.
Why third-party sync apps are a bad idea here
Search results for this question fill up with apps offering to sync iCloud Reminders to Android. Almost all of them ask for your Apple Account credentials or an app-specific password and then hold a copy of your data on their servers. Handing a third party standing access to an Apple Account to read a to-do list is a poor trade, and these apps break every time Apple changes something. If it matters enough to solve, solve it by changing the app rather than by bridging it.
The honest framing
If your phone is an Android phone and it is going to stay that way, Reminders is not the right list. It is an excellent app that exists to make Apple hardware sticky, and it succeeds at that. Nothing here is a workaround you will be happy with in six months — the durable answer is a task manager that runs where you actually are.
What to use instead
Something cross-platform. TaskPocket runs in any browser — including Chrome on Android — and on iPhone, so one list covers both halves of a mixed setup.
The honest caveat, stated plainly because you would find out anyway: TaskPocket has no native Android app yet. It is in development and it has not shipped. On Android today you would be using the web app, added to your home screen — better than iCloud.com, because it is built for the phone, but still a browser. It also has no reminders or notifications on any platform. If you need a native Android app with notifications this week, Todoist and TickTick both have good ones and this page is not going to pretend otherwise.
